2. Service Description

MyMechanic provides a platform connecting customers with qualified mechanics and service providers for vehicle maintenance, repair, and related services across India.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be present or arrange access for scheduled services
• Pay for services in accordance with agreed terms
• Not misuse or abuse our platform or services

4. Booking and Cancellation

Booking: All service bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Late cancellations may incur fees.

5. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed
• We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards and online transfers

6. Service Quality and Warranty

We guarantee the quality of our services and parts. Warranty terms vary by service type and will be communicated at the time of booking.

7. Liability

MyMechanic and its service providers will not be liable for:

• Pre-existing vehicle conditions not disclosed by the customer
• Damage resulting from customer negligence
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Service delays due to circumstances beyond our control

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the MyMechanic platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Honk Pte Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Privacy

Your use of MyMechanic services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your information.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through:

1. Direct negotiation with MyMechanic customer service
2. Mediation, if necessary
3. Legal proceedings in Indian courts as a last resort

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
